This design is a very complex performing arts building. It has a stage with multiple mezzanine levels, hose connections, and 77′-6 ceiling; orchestra pit, 2 story auditorium, additional concert halls, dressing rooms, practice rooms, and offices. This all feeds from a two zone wet fire sprinkler system supplied by municipal water and a 500 gpm @ 80 psi fire pump. This project also includes seismic bracing.
