Concord, CA
This project was built into a hill, so the parking garage had an elevation change of roughly 14′-4″. This resulted in some irregular pipe routing to mitigate trapped water. This was also a modular project, so the pipe routing on the residential floors is unique. Tyco heads were used throughout this whole project.
