Description

San Jose, CA

Due to the deficiencies of the fire flow, a variance was required on this project. That increased hazard classifications in all areas, as well as increased residential calculations from 4 to 8 heads. This project also required a private fire hydrant that had to be routed through the building due to site conditions.
