The parking and retail levels are concrete plank construction and the residential level with wood construction. The automatic sprinkler system features a vertical in-line fire pump, 3 wet zones (parking, retail, and residential), and a Class I standpipe system. The parking and retail level utilize schedule 7 grooved and schedule 30 threaded steel piping. The residential levels are fed by a CPVC loop on the 2nd level with a “birdcage” design to the upper levels.
