Boulder Canyon Clubhouse

Description

Apple Springs, SD

The restaurant portion of the building featured unique ceiling elements that required a specialized fire protection approach. Rather than being served by the wet sprinkler system protecting the remainder of the finished spaces, these areas were protected by a dry system to accommodate the architectural design while maintaining code-compliant coverage throughout the space.
