With this extensive care to detail was required to ensure upright sprinkler protection was adequate to avoid obstructions such as large, exposed HVAC ducts, deep beams, and other architectural features. The building also featured 2 class 1 manual standpipes that provide 2-1/2″ hose connections for fire dept use on intermediate landings.
