The Territorial Lofts building has one underground parking level, 3 levels of apartments above, as well as a sprinklered attic. The automatic sprinkler system features 3 wet zones (parking, 1st floor residential units, and 2nd & 3rd floor residential units), 1 dry zone (attic), and 1-1/2″ clean-up standpipe system. The parking level utilize black mega-flow grooved and black mega-thread threaded steel piping. The residential levels are fed by a CPVC loop on the 2nd level with a “birdcage” design to the upper levels. The attic utilize schedule 10 grooved and schedule 40 threaded steel piping. The detached garage has its own separate dry system.
