This project had multiple rooms with extremely high ceilings including an 18′-4″ high living room ceiling. Piping for the sprinkler system had to be concealed in a chase in the corners of rooms to accommodate. Furthermore, with a piping volume over 40 gallons, the sprinkler system had to be split into two zones.
