This project has a single zone wet system. It is a tree layout for pipe routing. We were able to use a couple Victaulic dry flex whips to protect some of the overhangs to avoid installing a dry system. The building itself has many exam rooms, offices and conference rooms. It also has a kitchen and large community rooms.
