The owner provided Fire Protection plans were somewhat unique in nature. Care needed to be taken to follow the owners design intent while minimizing the required piping and sprinkler head count to the sprinkler contractor. We were able to help the client reduce the overall sprinkler head count and reduce pipe sizes shown on the Fire Protection plans provided to them, reducing costs but meeting the required design standards.
