This podium-style modular project presented unique design and engineering challenges. The majority of the building was constructed in a manufacturing facility, transported to the job site, and assembled on-site, requiring extensive coordination between structural and fire protection systems. A key aspect of the project involved detailed seismic analysis, including the use of stamped structural calculations to fully utilize the maximum allowable loads of Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ2 and Hilti KCM-WF anchors. This approach ensured a code-compliant and efficient seismic bracing design while accommodating the complexities of modular construction.
