This project featured several unique fire protection design elements, including the use of 11.25-degree elbows and flexible couplings to create a precise 28-degree change in direction while accommodating the building’s layout constraints. The design also incorporated a water curtain application, providing specialized protection where traditional fire-rated separations were not feasible and ensuring compliance with the project’s fire and life safety requirements.
